The Collection

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)

A young Hobbit named Frodo Baggins inherits the One Ring, an ancient artifact capable of destroying the world. To prevent the Dark Lord Sauron from reclaiming it, Frodo joins a Fellowship of eight companions to carry the Ring across Middle-earth to the fires of Mount Doom. Their journey is fraught with danger as they face Ringwraiths, Orcs, and a treacherous wizard, ultimately leading to the breaking of the Fellowship.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)

The Fellowship is divided. Frodo and Sam are forced to rely on the creature Gollum to guide them to Mordor, while Merry and Pippin escape into the ancient Fangorn Forest. Meanwhile, Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli pursue their captured friends into the Kingdom of Rohan, where they must help King Théoden make a desperate stand against Saruman’s massive army at the fortress of Helm's Deep.

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)

The final battle for Middle-earth begins as Sauron's forces lay siege to the capital of Gondor. Aragorn must accept his destiny as the rightful King to unite the armies of Men and summon the Army of the Dead. As the world goes to war to distract the All-Seeing Eye, Frodo and Sam struggle through the exhausting final steps of their journey, confronting betrayal and the Ring's corrupting power at the edge of the Crack of Doom.

The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim (2024)

Set 183 years before the events of the original trilogy, this anime feature tells the bloody history behind Helm's Deep. It follows Helm Hammerhand, the King of Rohan, as he defends his kingdom against a sudden army of Dunlendings led by the vengeful Wulf. In a desperate siege, Helm's daughter Héra must lead the resistance to save her people from total annihilation.

The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum (2027)

Set before the events of the original trilogy, this film explores the untold story of the desperate search for the creature Gollum. As the shadow of Mordor grows, Gandalf the Grey and Aragorn embark on a perilous manhunt to find the former Ring-bearer before the enemy does. The story delves into Gollum’s fractured mind and the lengths to which the guardians of Middle-earth must go to protect the secret of the One Ring.
